Our Client is a global branded fashion accessories manufacturer. With the business expansion, they are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive demand planning with commercial team and operation across regions, so as to smooth the supply from end to end.
• Drive process change, develop tools to monitor inventory level and make sure demand plan to be in line with financial targets and it is deliverable
• Manage supply chain planning for product line globally
• Improve capacity planning operation efficiency across regions
• Crisis Management and provide resolution for any supply chain issues globally, across product lines

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in BA, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
• At least 10 years of regional experience in demand planning management, of which 5 years in Managerial postion
• Knowledge in production controlling, sales and operations planning, demand and supply planning in manufacturing environment an advantage
• Proactive, self-starter, independent thinker with excellent communication skills
• Experience gained from Multi-cultural environment preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Mandarin is added advantage
