• To approach new customers for new development from fabric, tims sourcing, sample quality and washing effect approval
• To work closely with factory from 1st sample to pre-prouction sample stage
• At least 10 years work experience in garment manufacturing preferable in jeans prodcution
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and good technical background
• Strong leadership, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Willing to travel and short station in China and Overseas
