Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To actively contribute to the development process by proposing alternative garment execution, to fully optimize garments targets of design, quality and price
• To provide the development team in the headquarter with information on market trends, competitors’ activities, costing and availability of materials
• Handle sample developments according to timeline, develop samples from prototypes to salesman according to agreed specification and follow up costing related matters.
• Inspect samples and ensure that they are appropriately developed before delivery
• Co-ordinate and monitor all activities regarding development, approval and communication of all non-nominated fabric, trimming and accessory suppliers
• To chase the price and negotiate with garment supplier

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• Degree educated in Fashion & Clothing or related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience gained with leading sourcing / trading companies
• Woven and knitted items experience a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and management skills
• Good command of written & spoken of English and Putonghua
• Independent, well organized and team oriented
• Strong project management and time management skills
