RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the coordination of the design trip, e.g. Conference room arrangement before visitor in town, sample tracking, post trip follow-up with vendors and etc
• Manage tech pack in and out and work closely with vendors on meeting sample follow up
• Follow up on costing with vendors to ensure information to counterpart is provided in a timely manner
• Work with vendors on costing engineering
• Update cost sheets and handle compliance questionnaires
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for fit approval and style duplication per Senior Merchandiser direction
• Undertake any other duties / special assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of related work experience in apparel industry
• Well organized, good communication skill and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office, including MS Excel
• Good command in oral and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
