WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The job holder is responsible for assisting sales team in order to capture sales potential for projects beyond loose stones. Main areas cover on-time project completion, implementation of standard operating procedures, and coordination among sales, sourcing partners, product development, quality control and design team in order to enable sales.

• Work closely with account managers to achieve customer specific sales volume by providing product proposal and solution.
• To develop sourcing strategies, identify and evaluate vendors, develop samples and products as well as establishing and maintaining quality standards in line with company directions to achieve optimum results in product quality, on time delivery and vendor management. 
• Manage to source products for several key categories, and new innovative products with quality assurance and competitive pricing, strong understanding of suppliers in Greater China region.
• Closely monitor products production status and work with QA Team to ensure all products is regulatory, safety complied, and product specifications.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background: 

• Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines
• Min 8 working years in product development, sourcing or project management
• Experience in jewelry, gift, accessories and packaging sourcing is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of quality compliance and control.
• Result- oriented, able to work under pressure and good team player
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Flexible in travelling
