Job Description
Duties:
- Assist department head to develop and execute various corporate and marketing projects
- Provide excellent English write-up for a variety of business correspondences, meeting minutes, proposals and powerpoint presentation, etc.
- Monitor junior clerical and marketing staff for project progress and administrative duties
- Manage the projects of whole office while department head is away from office
- Online website experience is a must
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 7 years’ relevant business experience with exposure in sizable company is preferable
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages, GOOD academic result in English is a must
- Mature character, able to assist the department head and colleagues to provide solutions on all rounds of office work
- Able to handle office work independently without mentorship
- Energetic, fast moving, efficient and able to stay late when required
- Working in holidays are required for events, though not frequent
