Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute brand building campaigns, customer lead generation programs, CRM initiatives and BTL promotion
• Lead the development of ATL communication, including TVC, print, social media and online
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
• Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness
• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives
• Accountable for P&L, A&P budget control and sales analysis

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 9 years' relevant experience in brand or product management
• Candidate with agency / production house background plus experience gained from beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors preferred
• Solid experience in online/social media platform marketing, brand positioning and ATL communication
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
• Innovative, tenacious, self driven and passionate
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager
