JOB DUTIES:

• Reception & administrative duties
• Greeting visitors
• Handling incoming calls
• General clerical duties
• Administration and document control activities
• Coordination with Property Management Office & Service Vendors
• Expenses Checking and Data Entry
• Handling other ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above with commercial training plus 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Good Command in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Competency in the use of standard computer software and Chinese word processing
• Well organized and outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
