Job Responsibilities:-

• Strategy Formulation and Execution
• Work with the country team and Group Marketing Communication to formulate, manage, execute and evaluate marketing communication strategies and tactics for the country.
• Communication Coordinator for different departments
• Act as a centrepiece of all communication activities among various departments and creative team to integrate and maintain consistent communication messages for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Content Management
• Develop, translate (if necessary), maintain, moderate and evaluate all related communication content (messages) in country.
• Communication Channel Management
• Manage all various communication channels, offline and online within the country (website, prints and mobile applications).
• Manage, moderate and monitor social media interactions and online forums.
• Branding
• Act as a brand ambassador and steward, upholding the Company’s brand and communication guidelines consistently.
• Marketing Campaign
• Plan and prepare effective communication strategies for marketing activities and events that can strengthen the image of the Company.
• Result and Monitoring
• Monitor and generate regular review of communication effectiveness in accordance with the agreed guidelines from the group.

Qualifications:-

• University graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing or business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Communications, Marketing or Content Management, preferably with exposure in B2B or healthcare industry.
• Have experience to do the marketing in social media.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skill with good command of English.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excels in Fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Creative and innovative.
