Job Responsibilities: 

• Act as a brand owner to build the brand awareness, managing brand marketing, digital and loyalty marketing strategies
• Maximize the business performance by developing marketing plans
• Analysis and conduct research on the market, understand the consumers insights, competitors activities and develop a differentiated and winning brand concepts
• Formulate and drive annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
• Implement marketing strategic and campaign to fulfill company policy, sales target and requirement of company continuous growth
• Direct report to CEO

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge on business plan and marketing plan development and implementation
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Creative, well organized
• Tactful and hands-on marketing skills
