Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team to identify trends and insights, initiate and implement marketing plans & strategies to achieve a set of business goals and strengthen brand equity
• Initiate and implement marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, roadshow and seminars to generate leads and acquire new customers
• Manage and implement consumer engagement activities for member activation, re-purchase stimulation and retention, including program operations, pre & post campaign analysis, etc.
• Manage annual budget to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness against marketing investment
• Collaborate with cross-functions, including operations and other internal and external functions, on development and implementation of marketing programs

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline
• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in beauty salon, treatment center, beauty care industry with 2 years in managerial level
• Experience in both treatment center and beauty care products industry is an advantage
• Solid experience in CRM. Sensitive to numbers, with strong analytical and statistical skills is an advantage
• Result-oriented, Well organized, detail-minded and capable to work with multi-task in fast-pace workplace
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
