Reporting to the General Manager of CT3, the incumbent will oversee the Terminal Services Department to provide reliable and high quality services to the stakeholders including our customers, internal departments and etc.  Conduct marketing researches and analysis to identify business opportunities for management’s decision making and strategy formulation.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

• Define, design and implement strategies for CT3’s commercial objectives and growth
• Perform commercial function within its local / regional company objectives to meet financial business objectives
• Secure the necessary customers and business volume/ mix for CT3
• Monitor terminal billing process
• Provide reliable and quality services to our customers
• Provide accurate and update marketing information to management and other departments for strategy formulation by conducting frequent researches and analysis, monitoring closely with market trend and news
• Explore opportunities for strategic business development by participating in information gathering, negotiation and feasibility studies of new projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree of Business Administration / Marketing / Accounting or relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ sales & marketing or procurement working experience in container/ shipping industry
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in management position
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
• Strategic, innovative, analytical thinking, results-oriented and customer-oriented
• Strong leadership, management and coaching skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is also preferable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and numerically astute
• Sensitive to the market trend and resourceful
