Responsibilities:

•   Develop, recommend and implement fundraising strategies in achieving annual donation target
• In-charge of fundraising projects such as Flag Day, charity walkathon, charity TV program, charity sales and booths, etc.
• Prepare funding proposals and compile reports to secure donation
• Maintaingood relationship with potential sponsors
• Explore and develop new fundraising initiative
• Manage fundraising budgets, reports, analysis and comply to donors expectation
• Supervise subordinates and liaise with external parties & vendors for project implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience, of which 3 years must be in Marketing or Event Management, applicant with fundraising experience is highly preferable
• Bachelor degree in marketing, event management, communications or related disciplines
• Fluent of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent software is definitely an asset
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of budgeting, managing and reporting income flow and expenditure are advantage
• Sensitive to social trends with a passion for helping the seniors

SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance.
