Job Description:

l   Assist the Property General Manager to supervise the team and responsible for the leasing matters of properties owned by the Group;

l   Handle negotiation and conclusion of tenancies with tenants and real estate agents with follow up;

l   Implement our control system of the leasing properties

Requirements:

l   University Graduates;

l   At least 2 years of leasing experience gained from property developer or surveyor firm;

l   Proven track record of commercial leasing;

l   Solid experience in handling leasing, legal documents independently;

l   Strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English;

l   Familiar with typical office software

l   Immediate available is highly preferred
