Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers need for online trading platform and promotional activities;

• Communicate with internal department; (IT, Finance, HK internal dept., sales operations, legal, OMS、WMS, etc.)

• Assist prepare monthly report and develop other analysis sales report;

• Organize product information for online store creation and follow up with the supplier payment status;

• Website maintenance and error correction;

• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in marketing/business related;

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/Business field is preferred;

• Strong market sense and interest in electronics products;

• Organized, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer’s needs in e-commerce industry;

• Strong team player & proactive to propose new idea;

• Work under pressure & ability on multi-tasking;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;

• Immediate available preferred.
