Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing and promotion activities
• Assist in organizing marketing event and on-site management to ensure a smooth operation & execution of all activities
• Co-ordinate with service units in developing promotional materials
• Communicate and follow up with media
• Handle gift-in-kind donation and volunteer activities

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1 year corporate communications or marketing experience
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional task with tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Skills in Photoshop/Dreamweaver and webpage making are preferable
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Corporate Communications Officer
