Our client, an international marketing agency, is looking for a Loyalty Partnership Manager to join their growing team.

As the Loyalty Partnership Manager, you will:

• Manage and oversee the loyalty program’s operations.
• Handle multiple loyalty partners and maintain relationship with program partners.
• Proactively manage client relationship and overall account deliverables.
• Coach, lead and motivate a small team to deliver all projects with high quality and on time. 
• Work closely with the internal team on strategic ideas exchange and generation.
• Conduct research and analysis, provide market/industry insight on an on-going basis.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required by the company.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing related disciplines.
• 8+ years’ working experience in the field of project management/content management.
• Experience in managing partners and client relationship managers/operations staff.
• Experience from Hotel & Travel industry is preferred.
• Experience in agency account management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills.
• Good convincing and persuasive presentation skills.
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good command of MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint.
• Detail minded, mature, energetic, self-motivated, persistent, ability to perform multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines.
