Responsibilities:

• Take charge of customer relationship management (CRM) programs for Saint Honore brand, including the strategic planning and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies as well as cultivating customer engagement and loyalty
• Manage customer life cycle and work with marketing team to plan and execute customer acquisition and retention programs plus joint promotions
• Drive sales via the digital platforms and O2O activities
• Plan and implement digital marketing activities including but not limited to website, app, eDM, SEO, SEM, blogging, Facebook etc.
• Analyze customer data for customer segmentation, reporting and insights
• Work closely with internal and external parties e.g. Operations, CS, IT, digital platform production vendors, printers etc. on CRM and digital marketing initiatives
• Oversee corporate communications and other assigned marketing aspects

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce from retail sector. Candidates with no experience from retail industry will not be considered;
• Strong experience in and knowledge of digital marketing and social media management;
• Strong analytical, organization and communication skills, great attention to details, effective time and project management skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
