Requirements:

• Marketing / communications or business related degree preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowing of social media (Facebook, WeChat etc) and analytics reporting; Knowing of Chinese typing is a must;
• Mature Candidate with at least 3 years relevant working experience with exposure to Marketing & Promotion experience is definitely an advantage;
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player;
• Strong customer and results oriented, with ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity;
• Initiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure; and
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibility:

• Identity member needs, plan and administrate member activities like Happy Hour / Seminars / Missions / Exhibition / Film Show etc;
• Design and execute production and publication of promotion collaterals (e.g.: brochure, fact sheet, website, video, presentations) from sketch;
• Source Year-round and Seasonal Membership Offers;
• Organize officiate meetings for functional committees;
• Prepare agenda, minutes, memo and other meeting related material; and
• Provide assistance in the daily operations of the department.
