Supervisor, External Affairs Department (Fund-raising)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing & implementing fund-raising, marketing and promotional campaigns
• Develop sources of sponsorship for charities
• Arrange & liaise with Board Directors and Advisors for all internal & external social functions and PR activities
• Maintain & develop media relationship to ensure a positive corporate image & good press exposure for Yan Chai Hospital
• Responsible for writing & editing the quarterly newsletters, press release, correspondences, etc
• Occasional work during weekends and public holidays

 Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 4 years relevant working experience
• Independent, pro-active, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime and occasional travelling may be required
