Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The incumbent will assist to develop After Sales strategy at the wholesale level to upholding the Mercedes-Benz passenger car, commercial vehicle, and smart brand images and corporate sales strategies. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for After Sales and CRM initiatives to enhance sales revenue and market share
  • Coordinate all After Sales dealer management activities to ensure dealer operations in line with Headquarters standards
  • Obtain and analyze KPI of the dealer's After Sales network and compile reports for management review
  • Coordinate the development of After Sales marketing concepts, projects and products based on customer feedback to maintain product brand presentations
  • Steer and support dealer to achieve After Sales targets
  • Analyze the market information on parts pricing and establish parts sales targets for HK/ Macau dealers and monitor the overall sales performance
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention and to maintain the customer awareness
  • Ensure efficient operation of parts logistics through regular monitoring in sales, ordering, parts claim and delivery, etc. 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree holder in in Business Administration with knowledge in marketing and business strategy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive After Sales business in the areas of marketing, dealer management and sales planning 
  • Understanding of automobile dealership operation will be an added advantage
  • Ability to adapt to multi-culture business environment
  • Analytical, strategic and market / customer oriented
  • Strong intercultural, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
