Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry or Biology preferred or equivalent academic qualifications
• Practical experience of 3~5 years or over preferred
• Knowledge in environmental protection science is an asset
• Knowledge in current business culture of Mainland China
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, up-to-date style of Chinese business expressions currently used in Mainland China, and fluent in Putonghua is essential.
• Willing to travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China / South-east Asian countries on short trips when necessary
• Candidates with tertiary education in China, having received Chinese culture at large and arrived in Hong Kong for career development are also welcome

Areas of Responsibility

• To assist the Management to develop and implement marketing programs and events in line with the corporate business goal
• To liaise with customers and internal departments for inventory control
• To liaise with the Company's Shenzhen branch office and distributors/customers in China with fluent Putonghua, using the up-to-date style of Chinese business expressions currently used in China
  
• To follow up with purchase order details and shipment schedules
• To prepare technical reports, marketing materials, sales documents, presentation materials, etc. by Microsoft PowerPoint, and to assist in the all-round preparation for conducting presentations
• To be responsible for all-round operation rolls including freight forwarding arrangements, Custom procedures, goods in-out inventory control for the China trade markets
• To have knowledge in logistics, domestic trade, communication skills with manufacturers, and consolidating the related data for submission of reports to the Management timely and periodically
• To make occasional but short business out-trips to Mainland China or South-east Asian countries when necessary
