Assistant, Marketing and Administration

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, handling courier and in-coming phone calls 
• Provide marketing and administrative supports
• Travel arrangement and expenses administration
• Secretarial support and filing management
• Assist in office programs and any ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements

• Degree holder with Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• With genuine interest in aviation sector and willing to develop marketing skills
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Self-initiative, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good interpersonal skills, out-going and resourceful
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Computer literate, proficient in MS office applications, online research and Chinese input
• With knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
