Responsibilities:

• To monitor the performance of the Event Assistant team during the trade fair;
• Provide coaching and to motivate team members;
• Promoting the E - Commerce to trade fair buyers;
• Soliciting buyers’ enquiries;

Requirements:

• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Display adaptability and flexibility, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency;
• Presentable, courteous, outgoing, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Show a high degree of problem solving, personal organization, and customer service skills.
• University graduate preferable for the team leader position;
• Good supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills for the team leader position;
• Frontline or customer service oriented with Event Management experience is preferred for the team leader position;
• Location: Wan Chai
