Responsibilities:

• support the Director in overseeing the administrative and operational matters of the Centre in the provision of executive professional development programmes, management consultancy and relevant professional services;
• coordinate with stakeholders for developing and implementing the relevant executive development programmes;
• assist and coordinate publicity activities and manage relevant social media for the Centre and programmes, as well as concerned school workshops;
• coordinate internally and externally on event management for relevant programmes and activities;
• assist and coordinate logistics and operational matters for assigned projects from time to time;
• assist in designing materials related to training programmes, consultancy services, conferences, seminars and relevant promotional needs; and
• support and manage the Centre website and coordinate with concerned departments for content update and publicity work.
  
  
  

Applicants should:

• possess a recognized degree in Marketing or Communication, with at least 10 years working experience, preferably in marketing communications or event management;
• have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• have effective administrative abilities and good interpersonal and organizational skills; and
• be out-going, detail-minded, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
