As Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager for this fast growing creative agency, you will focus your time on delivering marketing qualified leads, lead nurturing and client/prospect engagement, through the use of cross channel campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, social media, social sales support and influencer marketing, paid social, website content, video content, face-to-face events  as well as utilizing your contact network.

You will also be responsible for supporting the management to engage with managerial level or above marketers of mid-larger organizations in order to explore new business opportunities.

You will therefore be an individual who is strong at new business development and is able to work autonomously. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in creative / digital agency or production house
• An understanding of the digital landscape 
• Able to work autonomously
• Financially motivated
• Intelligent, proactive, sparky and outgoing personality
