Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive (Event Marketing)

 Responsibilities

• To provide creative proposal that include concept, budgeting, production and logistic development
• To plan and execute mall, branding and corporate event marketing campaigns
• To source and liaise with business partners for joint promotion opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of campaigns

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing / Communication / Event Management
• Minimum 4 years marketing and event management experience at agency environment is preferred. Less experience will be considered the position as Senior Project Executive
• Positive attitudes on account servicing and team work
• Creative & strong marketing sense
• Result-oriented, assertive and willing to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal organization skills
• Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Frequent overtime and holiday duty  
• Immediate available will be advantageous
• Fresh graduates will NOT be considered

Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager (Event Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new accounts of corporate and brands marketing events
• Brainstorm, plan and execute mall, branding and corporate event marketing campaigns
• Source and liaise with business partners for joint promotion opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of campaigns
• Follow up proposals, tenders and pitching
• Achieve individual's sales targets
• Direct selling, cold/warm calling

Requirements 

• Diploma or above, preferably major in Marketing / Communication / Event Management
• Minimum 3 years as media sales or at event marketing agency with active client base is highly preferred
• Positive attitudes on cold-call practice, account servicing and team work
• Creative & strong marketing sense
• Energetic to work under pressure and willing to work overtime and on holiday
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available will be advantageous
• Fresh graduates will NOT be considered
