Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct call checking to selected ES customers, and get customers’ comment on installation quality based on the survey script provided.
• Data input and consolidation of customer rating scores and comment on installation quality.
• Escalate cases to Senior Marketing Officer for further follow up.

Preferred qualifications & abilities are:

• Tertiary education undergraduate (Students are welcomed)
• Good listening skills and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work for 4 days a week
