Job Description:
Lead installation process for RTC programs across the entire APAC region, including site surveys, delivering a world-class customer experience whilst representing not only RTC but also its customers at retail.
Further develop the processes and capabilities, through RTC’s own associates and partners, in a service driven culture, yet retaining a strong commercial overview.
Responsibilities:
- Create a world-class installation customer service culture and ensure absolute application to process.
- Across the Asia Pacific region own the installation capability for RTC.
- Establish and maintain an appropriate network of installation partners
- Plan and allocate resource to ensure timely and appropriate in-store execution on all RTC programs
- Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure 100% implementation and application
- Own the installation team budget, retain a strong commercial overview
- Deliver continuous improvement with RTC associates and installation partners alike
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum proven capability and experience in retail installations / construction environment
- Ability to travel widely and frequently across Asia Pacific
- Commercial and customer focused
- Exceptional man management skills
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage large complex projects
- Interest to participate in many areas of business
