Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, implementing & driving online and digital promotion strategy for the company including eDM, online banner, web design, online ad and video
• Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, via telephone and email to promote company's brand, courses and programs
• Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media
• Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients
• Working as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity
• To maximize brand's online visibility to acquire customers for the company
• Co-ordinate with web designer and programmer to conceptualize ideas to a professional design presentation
• Involvement in website revamp, ecommerce platform development, apps development and social media campaign
• Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing budget across all channels. Establish KPI's to manage performance and report results to management team
• Assist in daily operation and provide support on ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder of above in E-commerce, Information Systems, Communications or related disciplines
• Familiar with PHP
• Knowledge of digital planning and technologies is preferred
• Highly familiar with Social Media Landscape / App / E-Commerce / Web Design
• Ability to develop and write content for web and digital marketing
• Work independently, creative and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
