Job Description

• Key accounts servicing and maintain close customer relationship
• Handle customers’ enquiries
• Closely monitor and analyze the online advertising performance and drive analytics and recommendations
• Review customers’ advertising performance and up-sell products to existing customers
•  Manage opportunities with existing customer by assisting in pre-sales activities
• Prepare proposal based on the data analysis

The Successful Applicant

• Tertiary-educated preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, Ecommerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years account servicing experience in Digital, Media industry or Advertising Agency is a must
• Solid experience in SEO, SEM and e-commerce
• Passionate, detail-minded, proactive/outgoing, self & team motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
• Good presentation skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
