Responsibilities:

• Prepare company agreements
• Handle corporate documents
• Assist in company events or projects
• Prepare presentation materials
• Perform market / regulation research
• Handle incoming and outgoing notifications (overseas agents & branches)
• Handle company advertising
• Manage website content (draft and edit content)
• Other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in language / communication / marketing / business
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese & Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above)
• At least two-year working experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, Detail-minded, Independent
• Responsible Experience in handling agreement is preferred
• Photoshop / Illustrator knowledge is preferred

Working Location:

• San Po Kong (with free shuttle to Diamond Hill MTR station)
