Responsibilities : 

• Report to the senior management team of the company
• Station in Vietnam and acts a leader in the countries of Vietnam & Cambodia offices, responsible for the sourcing & merchandising activities, also monitoring the operations of the QA and Production team and the general office administration.
• Manage and enhance communication flows between merchandising teams and EU head quarter
• Facilitate communication between EU head quarter and suppliers in Vietnam / Cambodia on a regular basis
• Identify business opportunities and provide strategic development plans to the senior management team

Requirements : 

• Tertiary education with at least 15 years’ experience in apparel merchandising of which 8 years at managerial level
• Previous experience in sizeable apparel trading or buying office is a must
• With management capabilities of a full team including woven, cut & sew knit, sweaters and denim garment
• Previous exposure of serving EU brand is highly essential
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical, leadership and technical skills
• A team player with excellent command of both written and verbal English
• Willingness to station in Vietnam is a MUST
