• Higher Diploma or above in Textile Chemistry or Textile Technology is preferable
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with at least 2 - 3 years at managerial level
• Strong in woven fabric sourcing and development for ladies' high fashion
• Sound knowledge of fabric weaving & dyeing
• Good knowledge in fabric printing
• Experienced in working with fabric mills & garment suppliers for risk assessment on fabric issues & providing technical advices
• Experienced in communication with overseas designers and buyers
• Garment Trading or buying office background is preferable
• Good presentation, problem-solving and price negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & able to communicate in Mandarin
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
