Receiving and Store Clerk

Job Duties:

• Inspect all goods at delivery entrance of the club to determine if orders are correct and of good quality. 

• Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the club and placing in appropriate storerooms. 

• Ensure loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized 

• Input invoices to the computer and post to the inventory system on a daily basis

• Check and match receiving documents to electronic purchase orders daily to verify price quotations, and report any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.

• Work together with Storeroom Clerk to ensure that all incoming merchandise is dated, priced, and rotated in all circumstances.

• Work together with Storeroom Clerk to ensure that all requisitions are filled on a timely basis in accordance with Storeroom hours, and the requests of outlets

• Take note of Slow Moving Stock list at least once a month.

• Comply with KCC work P&P and Code of Conduct as set forth. 

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Managers

Requirements:

• Secondary School graduate or above

• 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in store and receiving operations 

• Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese and English; Knowledge in Food and Beverage, especially the name of food items in both English and Chinese is an advantage.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills

• Computer-literate in managing inventory system and Excel 

• A good team player, positive attitude, hard-working and willing to learn

• Immediate available preferred but not a must

• Work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are required
