Summary :

To execute sourcing and procurement activities in accordance to Maxx Marketing business plans.

Requirements :

- Source merchandise and negotiate the most competitive pricing and terms within budget

- Stay abreast of product, market and industry development and provide regular reports and updates to project team and management.

- Actively identify and qualifying new suppliers

- Establish and manage an approved manufacturer list

- Build and maintain knowledge base for different product categories

- Manage production cycle (WIP Reports) of our source goods to guarantee the on-time delivery

- Ensure product quality and integrity by working closely with our internal quality team

- Manage, train and lead subordinates

Requirements :

- Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Merchandising/ Marketing or related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sundries, gift, toy, plush and household items of which 3 years in managerial level 

- Manufacturing, premium product industry experience is a plus

- Good Sourcing network

- Strong at supplier sourcing and product development

- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
