Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, supplier pool, internal & external processes
• Responsible for sourcing such as gifts with purchase, uniforms, merchandising, accessories; supplier partnerships services and goods management, cost optimization, Global e-Market contribution and mutualisation
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audit to assess compliance issues, contingency plans, risk management & CSR etc.
• Assist Strategic Sourcing Manager in the preparation and development of different projects
• Work closely key stakeholders to execute sourcing projects and analysis in an efficient manner within budget
• Analyze the outcomes of projects against its objectives and identify the effective areas and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of Account Servicing, sourcing and procurement experience
• A good team player with energetic and outgoing personality who likes to work in a multicultural and multispecialty environment and enjoy moments of conviviality
• Confident, independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and result driven
• Very strong sense of personal and business ethics
• Good communications, organization and analytical skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of MS Excel
