Responsibilities:

• Repair of VRV type of air-conditioning system
• Lead contractors on repair, testing & commissioning, inspection and maintenance
• Conduct investigation on machine failure and recommend solution and direction for repair
• Supervise clerical work on input of data online for records of service & proper filing for easy tracking
• Meet and communicate with supplier, project team, property management offices on residential / commercial projects
• Liaise with spare parts department on needs of items and stockholding
• Prepare documents to maintain proper record of servicing
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, graduate of technical institution
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Valid Grade ‘A’ Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
• At least 5 years’ solid experience on repair and maintenance of VRV type of air-conditioning system preferably on Mitsubishi brand
• Good problem solving skills, and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge on computer
