The role will be based in Hong Kong with international travels. Reporting to Business Development Manager, assist in developing  and growing business to business sales with an existing set of retail customers around the world. Act as the primary contact for all business to business activity.  Coordinate with necessary internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high levels of customer service and order fulfilment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing business to business sales revenue and profitability
• Process sales orders and the corresponding purchase orders
• CRM
• Assist in related accounting practices to effectively track, monitor and analyse sales and profit performance
• Coordinate with teams for project management
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials: quotation forms and catalogues

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in relevant discipline
• 1+ year business development experience in Retail sourcing office and/or retail trading company
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, open-minded , organized and attention to detail
• Upbeat, positive and “get it done” attitude
