Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online store product ranging and assortment planning
• Formulate OTB in order to meet the company's business objectives
• Manage inventory costs, sales forecast, gross profit margin to achieve sales and profit targets
• Assist in pricing strategies to maximize company profit
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery arrangement
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for business management
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduated with at least 3 years’ experience in merchandising or related background
• Familiar and passionate in football & sportswear is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Taobao, T-Mall or related e-commerce platform would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese
• Good communication and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
• Strong sense in time management and with good attention for details
• Well-organized, independent, proactive and with good problem solving skills
