Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing activities as directed by Merchandiser
• Update CPA and project trackers to ensure projects are kept on-track
• Assist in organizing buying trips, itineraries and trip books for Opcos buyers
• Administer SAP forms, PI forms and quotations with Supply Chain and QA
• Administer incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples to Opcos 

Requirements

• Degree in merchandising or related discipline
• 1 year work experience in sizable trading or international buying office, fresh graduates will be considered 
• Able to perform well under work pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good computer skills
• Regular business travel is required
