The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for order processing to manage customer’s demand and requirements
• Monitor shippable report, handling daily CSR activities and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with Import Planning; Plant Planning; Logistic on delivery status and maintain cooperative working relationships with related teams and departments.
• Follow the SOP on order cancellation, RGA, rescheduling; daily routine and order entry.
• Monitoring the delivery performance and submit monthly report.

Requirements:

• HKDSE Graduate or above
• At least 2 years of customer service working experience
• Has order processing experience is required. Has working experience in electronic industry field is preferred
• Computer knowledge of MS office is required & SAP system is preferred
• Fluently spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
