• Very independent in following up on inquiries and orders from customers
• Knowledgeable with tooling, injection and international toy safety standards
• Proactive with new product development; proposals and presentations to customers
• Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and well-versed in computer knowledge

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant merchandising experience
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between factories and customers
• Experience with CRM software and SAP ERP system a plus
