Responsibilities

-       Responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, staff relations and office administration;

-       Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures;

-       Prepare various HR reports regularly; &

-       Participate in other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

-       University degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related discipline;

-       Minimum 5 years’ solid work experience in payroll, tax return filing and C&B administration, preferably with exposure in administration area;

-       Experience in HR system implementation is an added advantage;

-       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

-       Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; &

-       Proactive, detail minded, good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
