Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and account teams with the definition and planning of technical strategies that will enable
• Build proper communication channel with high level customer and Sales/MKT/IT Director Level
• Deep diving into customer insight and have the comprehensive view regarding the current process
• Understand customer Strategy/Organization/Process /Business requirement and provide appropriate advisory or referral in follow up.
• Assist customer setup the business Vision, create the demand, and identify innovative opportunities to improve business practices in support of key organizational strategies
• Design, execute and lead the projects across the different communication level or service provider divisions to ensure timely delivery and maximum benefits realization at the right cost
• Act as key member of Sales Team and provide direct Pre-Sale support – including qualification of opportunity
• Advisory on all operational activities and processes from idea to market launch and in-life management of a product or service
• Contribute to practice development, through the development of thought leadership material, creation and/or tailoring of local business consulting service offering
• Customer segmentation, business modeling, requirement definition, communication plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree above preferably with International exposure or related business management discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years’ work experience from a reputable organization, carrier or business consulting firms
• Strong analytical skill in studying market trends and business financial planning
• Familiar with internal operations and external service planning skills are preferred
• Work experience in business/consumer marketing is taking full advantages
• Result oriented, persistent, customer-orientated and able to communicate with senior level management
• Excellent in spoken and written English, additional language is suggested.
• Frequent travel to overseas countries may involve.
