We are looking for

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or Legal with formal secretarial training preferred
• 2 years secretarial experience in law firm
• Well organized, accurate and systematic
• Self-motivated, detailed mind, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
