Requirements:

• Associate member of HKICS/ICSA
• University graduate preferred
• At least 12 years of company secretarial experience, including familiarity with public listed companies
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese

The incumbent supports the Deputy Corporate Secretary in performing a full range of company secretarial services, including administration of public listed companies and offshore companies; compliance with London stock exchange requirements; and liaising with share registrars and professional advisers.  The incumbent should be self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team. Technical expertise with a diligent approach to work is also required.
