Responsibilities: 

• Identifying the company’s compliance and AML risks
• Examining the AML risks for worldwide countries
• Designing AML related training materials and offer the relevant training for senior management and staffs
• Liaising with worldwide partners 
• Improving the company’s corporate governance and risk management framework

• Developing and maintaining an AML compliance program, drafting the organization compliance policy

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in Financial Institution / Banking Industry/ Payment Service
• Solid experience in handling enquiries and requests from regulators (i.e. HKMA)

• Well-versed in regulatory requirements and checklists in relation to AML

• Detail oriented, organized, willing to learn, and able to multi task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to execute compliance policies and procedures that align with the European and North American laws and regulations on both internal and external regulatory issues
• Native in English and Mandarin
