Job Description
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services Centre of a Grade A Commercial Building to meet our performance benchmarks
- To ensure customer feedbacks, enquiries & complaints are handled in a timely manner
- Maintain high-level of customer service quality and upkeep consistent customer service practice
- Execution of day-to-day operations of procedures and activities
- Ability to interact and manage VIP customers and tenants in a professional manner
- Formulate action plans to uplift the customer satisfaction and drive follow-up actions to improve services performance & quality
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality and good presentation
- Customer serviced oriented, well groomed and professional
- Positive attitude, cheerful manner, with desire to serve people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good problem-solving skills and strong leadership skills
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant work experience in property management, customer service or hospitality.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Highly organized self-starter, independent and can work under pressure
