Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the instructions of supervisors to conduct site inspections, prepare valuation reports and market research works.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in real estate / estate management / surveying or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate valuation
• Good computer and sound analytical/ reporting skills
• Positive,mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently withina tight schedule
• Fluencyin English and Putonghua is preferred
